Terms of Sale

Last updated: 5 August 2026

These terms apply when you buy or use The Vibe Coder Guide (“the Guide”) from vibecoderguide.net (“the Site”). The Site and the Guide are provided by AXS Group, Inc., a California corporation, 3100 E. 26th Street, Vernon, CA 90058, United States (“we”, “us”).

0. How you accept these terms

On the payment page you must tick a box confirming that you agree to these terms, the licence and the refund policy, that you have read the privacy notice, and that you understand all sales are final. You cannot complete a purchase without ticking it. Our payment processor records that acceptance, with the date and time, against your order.

If you have not bought the Guide, simply using the Site means you accept the acceptable-use rules in section 9 and the privacy notice.

1. What you're buying

The Guide is a digital product: a PDF file, currently Visual Edition 2.1, approximately 93 pages. It is delivered electronically. No physical item is shipped, and no software, service, account or ongoing subscription is included.

2. Price and payment

The price is shown on the Site at the time of purchase and is charged in US dollars. Payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not receive or store your full card details. Applicable sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout based on your location.

3. Delivery, and your consent to immediate delivery

Access is granted immediately after your payment is confirmed. You receive a personal download link on the confirmation page and by email. Download links are time-limited and rate-limited for security. If a link expires before you've downloaded the file, email support@vibecoderguide.net and we'll issue a new one at no charge.

By completing checkout you expressly request immediate delivery of the Guide and acknowledge that, once the download is made available to you, you lose any right of withdrawal or cancellation that would otherwise apply to a distance sale of digital content. This is disclosed on the checkout page before payment.

4. Licence

Your purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Guide, including on commercial projects you build. It does not transfer copyright. Redistribution, resale, republication and link-sharing are not permitted. The full terms are set out in the licence, which forms part of these terms.

5. All sales are final

Due to the nature of the product — a digital file delivered instantly and permanently at the moment of purchase — we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges or cancellations once an order is complete. The full policy, including the delivery problems we always fix free of charge, is in the refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

This does not remove rights you have by law that cannot be waived, such as rights that arise where a product was never delivered, is faulty, or is not as described.

6. What the Guide is, and is not

The Guide is engineering and product-governance guidance. It is not legal, financial, medical, accounting or other professional advice, and it is not a certification, attestation, audit opinion or conformance claim. No checklist can guarantee that every law, platform policy or vendor term applicable to your product has been identified, and standards change over time.

You remain solely responsible for your own product, for the decisions you make about it, and for obtaining qualified professional advice where your circumstances require it. The Guide identifies points at which we believe a qualified human should be engaged; acting on those is your decision and your responsibility.

7. No warranty

The Guide and the Site are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that following the Guide will make any application secure, accessible, compliant or fit for release.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Guide or the Site is limited to the amount you paid for the Guide. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business, however caused.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any non-excludable statutory consumer rights.

9. Acceptable use of the Site

Don't attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems, interfere with its operation, circumvent download limits or security controls, scrape it at a rate that degrades service for others, or use it to distribute unlawful material. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above. We may also publish revised editions of the Guide; your licence covers the edition you purchased.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules, and the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California have exclusive jurisdiction — except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings locally.

12. Contact
