Licence
Last updated: 5 August 2026
When you buy The Vibe Coder Guide you receive a personal, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual licence to use it, subject to the terms below. Copyright in the Guide stays with AXS Group, Inc.
You may
- Read it on any device you own, and keep your own backup copies.
- Print a copy for your own use.
- Apply it to unlimited projects, including commercial products you sell.
- Use it on work you do for clients or employers, as the person doing that work.
- Quote short extracts — a sentence or two, with attribution and a link to vibecoderguide.net — in reviews, articles, talks or posts.
- Copy the fill-in templates (such as the Feature Definition of Done) into your own project documentation for your own use.
You may not
- Redistribute, resell, sublicense, lend, rent or give away the file.
- Upload it to a public site, file-sharing service, repository, Discord, course platform or shared drive that people outside your licence can reach.
- Share your personal download link or account access.
- Reproduce substantial parts of it in your own paid or free product, course or newsletter.
- Remove or alter copyright notices, or present the material as your own work.
- Use it to train, fine-tune or ground a machine-learning model, or ingest it into a commercial retrieval system, without written permission. Using it privately with your own AI assistant while you build your own app is fine.
Teams and organisations
One purchase covers one person. If you want your team, class, cohort or company to use it, we sell organisation licences at a per-seat rate with volume discounts, and we can supply an invoice, a W-9 and a signed licence agreement. Email support@vibecoderguide.net with the number of seats and we'll send you a quote.
Editions and updates
Your licence covers the edition you purchased. Standards, platform policies and laws change; when we publish a revised edition we may offer it to existing customers as a free or discounted update, but we don't guarantee that in advance and you shouldn't buy on the expectation of future editions.
If the licence ends
The licence terminates if you materially breach it. On termination, stop using the Guide and delete your copies.
Attribution format
When quoting, please use: “The Vibe Coder Guide, Visual Edition 2.1 — vibecoderguide.net”.
Permissions
Want to do something this licence doesn't cover — a translation, an excerpt in a course, a bulk purchase for a bootcamp? Ask. We usually say yes: support@vibecoderguide.net.
