Privacy Notice

Last updated: 7 August 2026

This notice explains what personal data vibecoderguide.net collects, why, and what you can do about it. The data controller is AXS Group, Inc., a California corporation, 3100 E. 26th Street, Vernon, CA 90058, United States. Contact: privacy@vibecoderguide.net.

The short version. We don't run advertising trackers, we don't sell or share your personal information, and we don't set any non-essential cookies. To sell you a PDF we need your email address and a payment — Stripe handles the payment and we never see your card number.

2. Cookies and similar technologies

This site sets no cookies at all — no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies, no third-party trackers, and no scripts loaded from anyone else's servers. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

Two small things are stored in your own browser and never sent to us:

Clearing site data in your browser removes both.

When you are redirected to Stripe to pay, Stripe sets its own strictly-necessary cookies for fraud prevention on its own domain, under its own privacy policy.

3. Who processes data on our behalf

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. Under the CCPA/CPRA, we have not sold or shared personal information in the preceding twelve months.

4. International transfers

Our processors operate globally, so your data may be processed in the United States and other countries. Where data is transferred out of the UK/EEA, transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent lawful transfer mechanism operated by the processor.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

To exercise any of these, email privacy@vibecoderguide.net. We respond within 30 days (45 days for CCPA requests where an extension is needed). We may ask you to confirm the email address used for your order so we don't disclose data to the wrong person. You can also use an authorised agent.

If you're in the UK or EEA you may complain to your local supervisory authority; in the UK that's the Information Commissioner's Office.

6. Children

This site sells a professional guide and is not directed to children. We don't knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us data, email us and we'll delete it.

7. Security

The site is served over HTTPS with HSTS and a strict Content Security Policy. Product files are stored in private object storage and are only released through short-lived, signed, download-limited links tied to a verified payment. Payment card data never touches our systems. Access to order records is limited to what's needed to run the business.

8. Changes

If this notice changes materially we'll update the date above and, where the change affects how we use data you've already given us, contact you by email.
